General

  • Provide a clear reference. A full-body, flat-colored reference works best.

  • Payment via PayPal if not ordered on Vgen.

Revisions

  • You may request edits until the rendering stage.

  • Edits after the rendering stage cost extra.

Deadline & Delivery

  • ETA: 3~6 weeks unless stated otherwise.

  • You will receive your completed illustration via VGen. (Google drive link if ordered elsewhere)

  • You may also receive it via email it by request.

Use

  • When you post your commissioned work please, credit me using any of my social media accounts.

  • I own the rights to the commissioned illustration, allowing me to post or advertise using the work.

  • You can factor your commissioned work into the price of your character.

  • The commissioned illustration is for personal use only, commercial rights can be purchased.

Commercial Rights

  • Personal Use: Stream assets, video assets, icons, banners, posts, and stream schedules.

  • Commercial Use: Physical/digital merch + Stream assets, video assets, icons, banners, posts, and stream schedules.

Refund

  • All commissions are non-refundable unless a sketch hasn't been sent.

  • You may also receive a refund if I cannot complete your commission for any reason.

Communication

  • Submit a commission request.

  • Receive a quote if your request is accepted.

  • I'll proceed with sketching out the commission.

  • You pay for your commission after the first sketch is sent.

  • I'll send you W.I.P.s for you to request changes throughout the process.
